SUBMISSIONS


We would like to hear from you!  Please send your articles, reflections, poems, etc. to Editor@LeavenDenver.org.

Articles should be between 500 and 1500 words.  All submissions should be sent as an attached MS Word document formatted in 12pt TNR with no extraneous formatting (indentation, centering, italics, spaces between paragraphs) except when used for contextual emphasis.  Please also include a one or two line biography of yourself that may accompany your piece.

Because of space limitations, we are unable to use all the submissions we receive.  We give priority to fresh thought, concretely and succinctly expressed, which describes a writer's unique experience or perspective.   A small stipend is paid upon publication. Any pieces published in Leaven may be used on the LeavenDenver website or reprinted with Leaven cited as the original publisher.
